Las Vegas: A Great Place to Live

Las Vegas has long been known for its glitz and glitter of the world-famous Strip. But it has always

been about community. That has been true even when visitors did not believe that real people lived here, worked here and went to school here.
Yes, we are here. And we are everywhere across the valley.
The new neighborhoods in popular master plans focus on parks, hiking trails, schools, community centers and activities.
Indeed, Summerlin South Little League became the first Nevada team to win the Little League World Series in August.
Our valley’s future does look bright.

The neighborhoods crafted from the desert valley all have their own feel, style and personality.
From the farmers market in Inspirada in the southeast to a cultural parade in Summerlin to a star-gazing event in the northwest to a boat ride in Lake Las Vegas, the neighborhoods in the valley make up our overall Las Vegas community.
All of these colorful, interesting pieces of the puzzle come together to make up the picture that is the Las Vegas Valley. That image is still evolving and becoming more colorful as it expands its physical and cultural boundaries.
